Non-baked Cheese Cake :)

Assalamualaikum :)

Nak dijadikan cerita 2 malam lepas i can't sleep ! Meroyan nak buat cheese cake pny pasal -__- .  Betullah berhantu cheese cake ni T_T . Jadi semalam pas blk tesco terusss buat . first trial . >o< dulu2 buat jadi helper je . ni bru buat sendiri kah3 . jejom tengok diaa :) 

** resepi ni mula2 tgok kt blog len tapi dah diubah ikot suke :)

Bahan-bahan: 

Bahan A --> (untuk tapak biskut)

1. Buttercup 

2. Biskut Oreo/ Digestive biscuits 

Bahan B --> (adunan kek)

3. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (2x 250g) 

4. Yogurt Asli 

5. Susu pekat (3/4 tin) 

6. Serbuk agar2 ( masak dgn air)
7. Air (200ml/ sesedap rasa)

** susu Dutch Lady tak jadi guna hehe

1st of all , hancurkan biskut oreo jadi pasir kasar 

asingkan krim daripada biskut.

sementara tu , cairkan buttercup ( ikut kuantiti biskut nak banyak mana buttercup, i used half) 

bole guna double-boiling / cairkan guna microwave oven . 

then , gaul rata buttercup n pasir oreo tadi . erkk pasir oreo (-_-!

pastu mampatkan adunan oreo tadi kat dalam loyang . 

next , mix together bahan-bahan B dlm mixer . masukkan philadelphia , yogurt asli , susu, air (200ml) and agar-agar yang dah dimasak tadi dlm mixer . then put it kt dalam loyang kat atas ni .

then , masukkan dlm freeze smpai dy keras :)

and finally hasil dy jadi la gini , 

tadaaa .. 

sebelum sempat keras btul lagi dh abis suku  

ini lah dia :) 

utk 1st trial rase dy ok la :)

ohh ye cheese cake klu x silap ada few types . ada yg baked cheese cake , yg ni non baked . 

masukkan dlm freeze je . tu yg dia creamy and cheesy . utk cheesy lover rase ok kot . 

utk yg x bole mkn cheese sgt , rase lagi best buat baked cheese cake so that dia x creamy n cheesy sangat . 

resepi dy pun lain , utk baked kena tmbah telur n esen vanilla klu x silap.

klu kt sr's , non baked yg cm cik yaya buat ni , 

nme dy oreo cheese cake . 

oreo cheese cake secret recipe kah3 

biarpun tak sme exactly cm sr , takpeee . 

klu sme , skrg gak cikyaya g nanges guling2 nak keje kat secret recipe hehe :)

whoo . sangatlah lme cikyaya tinggalkan ini belog sendirian . am sorry ! (-_-) lantaran ketiadaan mood + kerajinan nak hupdate beliau , beginilah jadinyaa. ohh yee skrg tga cuti sem . rutin harian, tido + makan . makin demok la jadinyaa T_T ohh ye tali skipping yg dibeli pun blom bukak dari plastiknyaa . konon la konon nak excercise kan waktu cuti . takpee , effort tuh dh nmpak sket2 kah3 . 

ohh yee entry kali ni cikyaya nk ceghita pasal anak2 buah cikyaya yg makin hari makin comel . makin comel mke xkisah , tapi makin comel perangai pun ye jugak heheh.

 meet adam ! bersama mama beliau . tga comot2 mkn ceklat 

adam cucu sulung dlm family kami , keh3 . dan jugak cucu kesayangan tok abah . itu kakak cik yaya :)

ini auni ! :) cucu 2nd . auni with my abg aka ayah dia :) 

ok ni adam bersama adik beliau aina :) yee aina baru lahir ke dunia kira2 sebulan yg lalu hehe . 

adam dh ada adik :) 

cepatnyee mase berlalu . sekejap je dh ada 3 org anak buah :) ye la nak tunggu anak sendiri belom lagi hik3 . ohh ye cuti2 ni ramai yee akak2 , abg2 senior (koko T__T) n kwn2 sndiri yg p bina masjid hehe . 

barakallah utk anda2 semuaa . semoga sampai ke syurga ameen :)

this 'baby' akan smbut bday yang ke 3 taun july nanti :)

hard disk dia longgar sket , lepas msukkan semula alhamdulillah dah elok .

xmo sakit lagi ya . :)

oh skrg ni dah msuk 2nd week for this semester . uuww dah terasa tua gitu . huhuk .

time flies away real fast . x terasa pon dah besa panjang gini skali . haha . 

ape2 pun tetap rasa bersyukur sebab masih diberi kesempatan utk terus hidup di bumi Allah . 

next, xsabar nak blk uma nex week ~ i miss u mom, dad, baby2 kat uma . rindu sgat ! nak makan makanan best2 kat uma . tsk .

today , which is 19th December 2011, telah menjadi 1 lagi tarikh penting dlm family kami ...

alhamdulillah ~ my sis in law telah selamat delivered seorang baby girl pagi tadi..

welcomee to our big family, baby !

Situasi 1 : 

Lokasi --->  stesen minyak n sewaktu dengannya ..

cashier : time kasih KAK , datang lagii ..

cikyaya : TT___TT sesame , dalam aty grr ~ 

Situasi 2 : 

Lokasi ----> kenduri kawen / sewaktu dengannya..

kawan mak/abah -----> ohh *sambil tgok cikyaya* ni yg kawen taon lpas ae? 

aigooo ! mentang2 mke kakak cikyaya uh ad iras2 sket , 

tapi jgnla ckp sye dah kwen . 

ada gaya mama baby ke ? ohh mannn . tensen !! :(

Situasi 3:

Lokasi ---> anywhere , tapi jenjalan ngn kakak lagi sorg . yg lom kwen , hehe .

sape2 jela -----> eh , ni yg mne 1 adik , yg mne 1 kakak ???

uwaaaaaa ! kecik hati nyamuk la mcm nii .. T_T

im not blamed them for this situations,
yeah absolutely mmg bkn sala dywg ..i admit this
 tapiiii sye muda lagiii . tsk 

memang xley nk buat aper , xkan nk pegi ckp , "excuse me, im not a married woman"

"excuse me , im the youngest 1 in family" ....

Assalamualaikum penduduk bumi yg super-cool :)

howdy people? hopefuly u guys sihat2 belaka ..

cikyaya tga super-tired.. 

 kami 1 family bru je jejak blk uma terchenta few hours ago...

oh ya , kami buat trip to jb-shah alam-perak within 3 days. 3 days ? speed trip habisan..

penat xpenat la kan.. haha .. over je kn , padahal bkn cikyaya yg drive , hehe..

tapi seronok la jgak sbb 1st trip since cuti sem ari2 .. tsk , 

act, kami sangat risau nak tinggalkan uma lme2 sbb area uma ktwg ni ada kes pecah masuk uma baru-baru ni.. nauzubillah , mmg ngeri jugakla .. alhamdulillah , nothing bad happen... mmg tym bertolak cikyaya doa byk2 smoga uma kami baik2 je .. plus mntak tolong uncle sbelah uma bersama his pet (doggy) , Rocky utk tgok2 kan uma :) Rocky n his owner was so niceee .
